Sample Preservation Solution
The kit is used for the preservation of tissue and cytopathological analysis sample.

Testing Method

Sampling and adding samples for storage.

· Swab sample: After sampling, directly put it into the sample preservation solution (I Series) or sample preservation solution (II Series), break the swab, discard the tail, and screw the tube cap tightly.

· Sputum sample: Put it in the sample preservation solution (III Series) after sampling, and screw the tube cap tightly.


The RNA stored in the Sample Preservation Solution can be directly extracted without special treatment. Nucleic acid extraction using validated RNA extraction reagents. When extracting RNA, shake the sample vigorously for 15 seconds, and directly use the preservation solution for RNA extraction.


After the sample is added to the Sample Preservation Solution, it is recommended to perform nucleic acid extraction immediately. Samples that cannot be processed in a timely manner are recommended to be stored at 15-25℃ for 1 week, 2-8℃ for 4 weeks. For long-term storage, it is recommended to fix at 2-8℃ overnight, and then transfer to -20±5℃ for 1 year.

Precautions

This product contains microbial inactivating agents, which cannot store live microorganisms.


If precipitation occurs in the RNA sample storage solution, heat at 37℃ for 10 minutes, and then use it after shaking and mixing.

This product is for in vitro testing only. It is a disposable devices and cannot be taken orally or reused.


This product is operated by professional technicians. For sample sampling, refer to the corresponding sampling procedures or standards. During use, personal protection is required for potentially infectious test samples.


Remaining samples or reagents need to be disposed of in accordance with relevant regulations of medical waste management after experimental testing.
